SUICIDAL TENDENCIES – how will i laugh tomorrow when i cant even smile today

Posted in california, crossover, hardcore, LPs i used to have, skate punk, thrash, Uncategorized on May 25, 2019 by vesalahde

im brainwashed by my own writings, remembered this magnificent album while writing my other blog, the LP you never got tired of, isnt it bit strange that band named suicidal tendencies brings you the best childhood memories.

ps. was curious to see if theyre still doing music and gotta say this is no “how will i laugh” but better than the most of the new bands that never invent anything new. WHOLE WORLD GONE INSANE, agree with that.

Even Jello Biafra exploited by advertisers, whos getting all this money? Let me guess, not artists 🙂

listened some of these childhood soundtracks from youtube just to find out you have to see ads between tracks? appreciate free music (at least i bought this in the 80s) but whats the difference between youtube and megaupload? megaupload dude was chased more than child rapists and terrorists, wheres Lars and the court case, metallica albums there as well.

NUCLEAR ASSAULT – game over

another classic, climate change wasnt an issue among youth in the 80s, it was the political climate, which one of the rednecks presses the button 1st, when the next chernobyl explodes..

OVERKILL – taking over

overkill was always bit underrated but i liked them, nostalgic trip to the 80s when hair was long and thrash was something rebellious and revolutionary, still sounds better and fresher than similar new bands.

WHIPLASH – insult to injury

not as good as their debut but was in heavy rotation in teenage times, why old thrash is still better than any new copycat bands?

CRUMBSUCKERS – life of dreams

found the “bullshit society” logo from my 9th grade school book while cleaning the closet, was pretty sure its a track title of some band, this was one of the best hardcore albums of those times, no fillers… and the world hasnt changed since then.

ps. actually the world has changed to worse, military hunting people, police radiating people, etc…people are assaulted at their home with  military RF/sonic weapons..
