voidvator_stranded_frontcover

mediocre hard rock/heavy metal, only interesting thing was the intro riff to the 8th track, short reminder of the golden years of the 80s speed metal, then even that track turns into boring basic hard rock, at least the cover art tells whats going on in the brave new world right now.

never mind the manipulated minds, here comes nebula, interestingly progressing LP, tracks get more experimental/psychedelic as it goes on, can you even call this stoner rock, more like progressivepsychedelicpunkgrooverocknroll, me dig, me dig, yes i do, one of those albums you have to listen many more times.. HEAVYPSYCHSOUNDS

just a curiosity, check this dude using nebula coverart for lame noises..

METALLICA – live in helsinki 1988

Posted in los angeles, thrash metal, Uncategorized on April 11, 2019 by vesalahde

Unbelievable to find some gigs i saw in the 80s from youtube, despite of the enormous hangover this gig was awesome. Needless to say Kill em all was THE ALBUM that turned my musical world upside down, there was no return to slower heavy rocks/metals, all that older stuff sounded lame.
